At Loria Boutique, we put our customers' comfort and satisfaction at the forefront of our priorities, therefore we have established a clear exchange and return policy:


First: No replacement available


Loria Boutique does not offer a product exchange service.

If the customer wishes to change the product, size, or model, they can request a product return and then complete a new order with the desired product .


Second: Retrieval


  1. The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 3 days of the date of receiving the order .


The following conditions must be met for a refund to be accepted:


  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • To be Not used.
  • It must come with all accessories and original packaging.

No refund request will be accepted if the product has been used or damaged.


Third: If the error is from the store

If the product arrives incorrect, different from the order, or has a clear manufacturing defect :

  • Loria Boutique will bear all shipping and return costs .
  • The customer receives a full refund .


Fourth : If the refund is requested by the customer


If the return is due to personal reasons on the customer's part and not due to an error on the part of the store :

  • Shipping fees are deducted .
  • A 20% discount is applied to the product value , as the products are made to order .
  • The remaining amount is refunded to the customer after the discount.
